Professionalising the seated transport professions status changes
Due to the national convention absence for seated transport legal vacuum professionalising to give rise to various litigation.
Furthermore, articles 81 and 82 of the European Treaty prohibit all associations of undertakings and concerted for practices that distribute a market as well as abuse of all dominant position in a market. The signatory company must meet strict standards and the transport must be inherent, or in any event unlike local conventions currently applicable to taxis this conventionnement does not object to the third party paying.
(The social insured should therefore continue to advance transportation costs).

The CPAM are to assess the follow-up to requests for conventionnement companies which would not meet the requirements of article 3 of the type to take into account the General principles of law that is the non-retroactivity of administrative acts convention (EC, ass., 25 June 1948, n ° 94511:] EC 1948, p.289) and the freedom of trade and industry (EC, sect. 13 May 1994, no. 112409:] EC 1994, p. 234).
These principles shall therefore prohibit Caisses de deprive taxi companies registered between 1 June and 23 September 2008 on the important part of their clientele that constitute social policyholders to move to receive care.

EN VERTUE DE LA LOI PERMETTANT AUX PERSONNE ATTEINTE D'UNE DEFICIENCE VISUELLE AINSI QU'A LEUR CHIEN GUIDE D'AVOIR ENTIEREMENT ACCES AUX TAXIS . Oui je regrette beaucoup qu'il y à encore beaucoup de taxis qui refusent souvent de prendre en charge leur compagnons le chien guide, je trouve cela inadmissible.
